Luiza is a Brazilian-born organizational psychologist who keeps Teeny Violini running. Originally from São Paulo, she holds a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and a Master's in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from Barry University — one degree in how organizations work, the other in how people perform under pressure.
Her role covers both. On the people side, she hires, onboards, and develops the teaching artists who lead every Teeny classroom. On the operations side, she manages our school partnerships and program scheduling, handles organizational communications, and provides the administrative backbone that keeps a small nonprofit moving. If a school is working with Teeny Violini, Luiza is usually the person on the other end.
She's currently completing a Ph.D. in Executive Leadership, researching how leadership styles drive burnout and what makes organizations sustainable instead.
Behind every successful business is strong leadership. Here's where Luiza's approach comes from.
